Painting the fabric surfaces on the KOLB AIRCRAFT, Fire Fly by Bryan Melborn

I own a body shop seems like a lot of material used to me . I would think 1 coat of primer 1 coat of sealer and2 coats of base coat 2 coats of clear would do it paint time for all of it 3 hours

No offence. But this is how airplanes are painted. 3 coats seal 3 coats silver 3 coats color. Auto body needs to stay on the ground airplanes are a whole differant animal. Well Done guys.

Your body shop also doesn’t paint things made of fabric. The paint on an aircraft is much different than the paint on a car. Different chemicals, different materials, different purposes for each one.
