Initially, I thought you were going to hand paint those letters. But, that method cleaned up easier than I thought it would. Very nice, Bob. Well done.👍

Good tip!! Could use a small paint brush too. Sometimes the qtip hairs get left behind.

@@Swflac8Got It! found that using a damp with solvent blue shop towel works really well too. Those towels have less lint and loose fibers. And q-tips with a touch of solvent, I'm sure works well too.

Hey Robert - nice job ! Can I ask where you got your stripes and what specific type they are? They look like a version of the C8R stripes I think but I’ve seen several different versions of that. My C8 is black and I’d like to do the main stripe in silver and the outside smaller accent in red. Any help would be appreciated .

Vettestripes.com is where I got the stripes. Very high-quality materials and great guy to work with. My style is the C8.R version. And he can do just about any color version for ya. Wife and I put them on and it was easy to do. I have a video on putting on the stripes too.

@RobertMacCready Yes, I noticed you live in Florida. I just left there yesterday. I was at the NCAA basketball tournament in Orlando and then went to my brother's in Boca Raton for a few days. I love out there. My wife doesn't know yet, but I plan to get us out that way LOL
