Its looking awsome👏i’m looking forward to seeing the rest of your rebuild videos on this project …on that rear brake load valve, under the rubber boot there hides an allen head for adjusting the fluid pressure to the rear callipers😉🏴

Hey daz, were you able to enjoy any of the process? It is one heck of a ball~acher isn't it. Getting somewhere though, further than you were is probably the most satisfying part eh? I probably have it all to do too but at this time of year I would rather make a den inside the van and hibernate a bit longer! I get told off for cleaning the metal up too much (apparently.) All The Best for you and yours dude. Take care and have fun!

Thanks, its not the prettiest of jobs to carry out, but worth the extra effort in the end! All the best to you too, cheers 👍🏻

You have done a good job on that body repair. I had to repair my T4s front inner arches at the bottom just like you did. The metal there is so thin. I beefed mine up with some thicker metal same as you. Rest of my van is good for the year. Its pretty original. Decided on a colour yet?

Great to see but what sort of money are you looking at to achieve this ....

Depends how far you want to go with it, the underseal is around 60 quid for 12 bottles, you obviously need a compressor to apply it properly. I replaced that much metal on the van that I had no choice really but to re-underseal it…

@@mk2daz Mines sorted engine wise so the next challenge is the full body re-do...not looking forward to it , i have a feeling it's going to be EXPENSIVE !!
