Most reslistic and beautiful work once again, from the water to the path...Inspired as always!

The pathway on top came out really nice! Especially with the bits of dirt around it!

Looking to do something similar myself but keeping away from the ususal examples. I did find a great photo of the Harry Rocks and Ballard Point, and the cliff features are absolutely fantastic! Gonna take a good amount of work with my hand and table hot wire cutters to get something akin to it, but I do love the Harry Rocks.

the clif looks great but I feel the water effects sort of let it down. But very nice work

Just recently found your channel. I feel like you are more of a war gamer. How could I do these for Dungeons and dragons? Otherwise I love your work thank you for sharing knowledge.

No idea how you'd uses these for DnD mate
@rodneip70775 жыл бұрын
You're right Mel goes more for crazy good realism. But D&D is about the game and its concepts like Dark x Light, chaos x order and so on. So what I do is to be more dramatic going darker tones and aging effects and very clean and mahogany in others.
@markcole51085 жыл бұрын
These pieces are intended to be lightly handled, as opposed to a scale model diorama for viewing only, so the modeling concepts will work for wargaming or D&D (any role playing really). Take a look at Mel's High Peak Pass video and some of the other basic videos, like flocking, and you should find that the techniques will help you build terrain pieces.
