I finally got the Kirkland microfibers, only took me 5 years to find a friend who shops at Costco. I’m still convinced this man could go to a rodeo on lunch, come back, drop his air line 3 times, roll on the floor and still get clean jobs. An inspiration to us all. People will be watching this 1000 years from now.

Awesome video Gabe. That’s basically how Axalta water base paint is sprayed. It makes booth cycles a lot faster! Good to see U back! This job came out NICE NICE NICE NICE, NICE!!!

Hi Gabe it's great to see another video from you, I've never seen that process before but it looks super quick but I'm surprised you don't get any dieback in the gloss from loading all that material in one hit but I guess it's the way you bake it that stops the gloss drop🤔 The finish looks awesome with a really deep flat gloss👌🙏👍John UK

Garbiel ' i know you already know this; but you should have checked the base coat with the sungun before; clear coating; not after just-incase! 😄👌

Have you noticed the uv primer sometimes leaves like little pinholes you gota dust more sealer on to fill?

Nice! That’s the exact way I spray 480 Hi tech 1 1/2 coat Wet on wet, no flash in between. PPG reps will not be happy about this process though 😂screw them

Gabriel what causes mottling mate and tiger stripes in base coat paint I painted a car bonnet or hood and it came out mottling and streaks tiger stripes plus the digital gauge was faulty I have since got a iwata pressure gauge

Heyoooo sometimes if it's to hot in the booth also not enough paint not enough coverage don't control coat until is almost perfect

@@MOTIVATEDPAINTERS right on im doing a90 on a bmw right now with this exact ratio i’ll let you know. And you wetbed is just straight t490 with a splash of t494 or t492, i usally mix 4:1 t490:t494 with no t492ort493
