This is called fluorescence when you need a blacklight or UV light. What's happening is the UV light is exciting the electrons in the paint into a higher orbital and then the electrons fall back down into the lower orbital releasing a photon which we see as light.

Yo dude this was awesome. For peeps in Tampa area (FL) Mad Chiller World Kava Lounge used to have a black room lit only with UV lights and had an infra color mural. It was super freaking trippy especially cuz they used bright hallucinogenic colors mixed with DJ trippy shapes and images

I don't see the avengers as a style but where they came from totally is. marvel comics style. the comic styles or even the darker original DC. I don't know if comic style can be pulled off in graffiti. that's a tall order

Taking along the line of doing something that has a day/night look... If there is a place you can paint at which has a sodium vapor streetlight (the orange ones.) Basically due to their narrowband monochromatic nature most colors only show as shades of grey to our eyes, that meaning under the orange light the color choice could be used to create a different look/shades than it would have in color. Sorta a color to black and white shift.

If you are ever interested in some high-quality UV lights I could recommend them. Also, I would recommend wearing polycarbonate glasses if you get the more powerful UV lights.

hey doke. I had an idea. idk if this fits in to what you want this series to be, but I I love seeing you collab and love seeing you test yourself. so maybe combine the two for a video. I'm sure collabs are a lot of work to get together. but in my mind, have a style (maybe even one voted on by the fans) and have a bunch of artists do a big project in that style.
