Ok Justin, Instant subscriber here... I can't tell you how great it is to see a LEFT HANDED artist doing this!! (Yeah, I'm a lefty too.) And I really, really, really appreciate the UNEDITED tutorial with full explanation. It makes a huge difference to a novice like me being able to actually understand how I can do the same thing in real life without having vital parts left up to me to "guess". I won't mention any names, but I have bought lessons and downloaded them from another artist only to discover that they were leaving out crucial basics, or speeding over techniques that were really one of the "keys" to the outcome of the painting as a whole. Love this, please keep em coming..

I have been only painting for a year or so. I've watched and studied Ross's wet on wet technique. I can do clouds and trees great..but put a knife in my hand and I just cannot make a mountain to save my life! you make it look soo easy.

Justin you have said in a few of other videos you don know why darkk color need to be in each corner. Well other artist call them eye stoppers just like the tall trees in this painting. The stars of this painting is the mountain and the pond. You framed the stars. The eye stopers draws viewers eye to the center where the stars of painting are.Makes since.
