I'm obsessed with recreating this! Can you share more details about how you prepped this with the black bottom and trees? You mention it has browns/reds in it. Also, any tips on starting this on a white canvas? Would really love some help getting started on the beginning of this painting as you didnt include it all. Thanks so much!!!

Find the videos labeled "Literally EVERY Step" under the videos tab on my channel. They start from absolute bare dry canvas. You need the black gesso to retain the deep dark shadows.

I keep my left over paints cling wrapped in the deep freezer. Keeps ages without drying.

I would LOVE to get some paints, brushes and canvass and do some of these paintings, but the beginning of the videos don't seem to start at the beginning of the painting. For instance, this one already has black 3/4 the way up and the trees. I have absolutely ZERO painting knowledge 😂
