"Next to the rose garden is 'Oasis', a large tropical house, which for over half is mistreated as restaurant. This has a more dated feel compared to other areas of the park." Valid criticism there. It is one of the oldest parts of the park, and I expect that the new Sanctuary will replace this part, opening up time and space for further upgrades in the future for that part in the same way as the new entrance has given them the time and space to upgrade the old entrance and children's petting zoo into the now very nice looking farmhouse residences and larger petting zoo.
