my allergies are realy bad too but it's mainly just terrible sinus pressure that makes my jaw and teeth hurt. try some peppermint tea if your sinuses both you as well. breathing in the steam through your nose and even drinking it alone help. somehow. haha. i'm doing that now! i have 3 regular trenches and was wondering if it would be ok to wear shorts with an open trench if the trench has a nice interior lining... even if the lining is a solid deep purple or a solid deep pink satin/silk.
