𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐮 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐚:
* Roasted Chickpea Powder(भुने चने का पाउडर) - 1 Cup
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 1-2 Tbsp
* Fresh Malai(ताजा मलाई) - 3-4 Tbsp
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 8-10 Nos
* Almond(बादाम) - 8-10 Nos
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 4 Nos
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1/2 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Pistachios(पिस्ता) - Some
* Cucumber Seeds(खीरे के बीज) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐚:
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1/2 Cup
* Hot Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Cup
* Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 1+1/4 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 2-2.5 Tbsp
* Shakkar Boora(शक्कर बूरा) - Some
* Pistachios(पिस्ता) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐮 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐚, take some Roasted Chickpeas and grind them in powder form. Keep the pan for heating, and add Ghee and Jaggery. Mix and melt the Jaggery well then add Fresh Malai. Then turn the flame off and add ground Dry Fruits, Cardamon Powder, Roasted Chickpea Powder (Sattu), and Desiccated Coconut. Mix them all and bind the dough well. You can add some more Ghee and Pistachio while binding if required. Apply some Ghee to your palms, make the Pedas accordingly, and garnish them with Melon Seeds.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐚, in a bowl, add chopped Jaggery, and Hot Milk. Mix well, cover, and keep aside for a while. Then take a pan and pour the Jaggery Milk by filtering it. Add Milk Powder and ghee and cook on a slow flame till the mixture releases the sides. Then grease thali with Ghee, transfer the mixture, and spread with a spatula occasionally. Then make Pedas and garnish with chopped Pistachio.
