If you have made payment for any service related to Driving Licence and your account got debited and payment status showing pending. First we have to check payment status then we have to wait for minimum 3-5 working days. After that go for online the complaint.

See I will tell you my experience, I applied for learner license and paid Rs 900 through Paytm but the money got deducted and the status showed pending. I called Parivhan seva and they told me to local RTO. Now my local to is half an far which I did travel where I was told to wait for a couple of days. I insisted much more but the officials came down to be a bit aggressive like from 'Aap' to 'Tu'. I sensed it and returned home with no hope for refund. After almost 9 or 10 days, I got back my Rs900 out of the blue. I am happy. So like moral, try reaching out to Parivahan and go to rto only if it is near, they don't really care about you. And do wait, you will mostly get your money back.

Other way out is also there, If you had not got your refund back I would have told you. Good to know you got your refund. Refund takes 8-10 days.

I just got pending status approved to success, by clicking the pending status, there is a button to the left side of pending status, after clicking it they verify your status and shows success
