Hn aur court 100 years mei kuch nhi kregi . Itne loopholes h humre law mei , innocent mr jyga but hissa nhi mlga usse. Hum bhugat rhe hai , aj tk hmara law kuch nhi ukhad pya. I don’t believe in our law

इतना लम्बा प्रोसेस आसान नही। कोर्ट मे partition suit, वकीलो का चक्कर, कुछ मिलेगा भी नहीउं, जो स्वय कमाया वो भी गवॉ बैठो। सही सलाह दीजिये जो आसानी से हो सके, बिना वकील के ।

हमारी पैतृक संपती है पहले दादाजी ओर उनके भाई उनमे बटवरा १९५२ मे हुआ था फिर १९५३ मे हमारे दादाजी स्वर्गवास कर गये. उसके बाद दादाजी के भाई ओर मेरे पिताजी ने दुरुस्त नया बटवरा (uncle & nephew ) १९५३ मे ही किया. nephew के आगे गर्दियान मा का नाम रहा! १९५६ के पहले संपत्ती मे सिर्फ पुरुषो का अधिकार था ! तो क्या ऊस समय के कानुन के हिसाब से ओर बटवरे से uncle & nephew अकेले akele मालीक बन jayenge. ओर ऊस समय जो बाटवरे मे जो जमीन unkle & nephew को मिला है उसका पुरा अधिकार उनके पास ही रहेगा? और क्या ऊस टाईम के काणून के हीसाब से जो बटवरा nephew (gardian ma) & uncle के बीच जो दोबारा पैतृक संपती का दुरुस्त नया बटवरा दादाजी के मर जाने के बाद हुआ ओ कानुनी रूप से सही है?

सर हमारे दादा की पांच बेटे हैं उसमें से चार बेटों को हिस्सा दे दिया गया है बट हम लोग को हिस्सा नहीं दिया गया है और मेरी स कैसे भी लड़ती है 10 सालों से लेकिन कुछ भी फाइनल नहीं हो पा रहा है stay भी लगाकर हम लोगों ने देख लिया है लेकिन कुछ भी नहीं हो रहा है प्लीज कोई उपाय बताएं

SIR, My son created will in his favour fradulent will and got Lok Adalat award ignoring legal heirs. 2006, value out of purview of Lock Adalat and no notices served to other legal heirs. Advocates said more than 12 years you cannot claim now. Can I file REJECTION PETITION in view of settlements made under Hindu Religion succession act. But Convertion family under Christian Religion and family members.

सर मेरे पिता ने अंश बटवारा का आवेदन दिया था तहसील कार्यालय में मेरे पिता के दो भाई ने आपत्ति दी थी पर तहसीलदार मैडम ने मेरे पिता को उनका हिसा अलग कर आदेश पारित कर दिया था फिर पिता जी भाइयों ने एसडीएम न्यायालय ने अपील कर दी एसडीएम मैडम ने गलत आदेश पारित किया नियम के विरुद्ध मेरे पिता को 1एकर कम भूमि का आदेश कर दिया जो की गलत है में क्या करू हमारे परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति बहुत खराब है में सिविल वकील से मुलाकात कर रहा हूं पर वो जी खर्चा बता रहे की आपको कोर्ट फीस मिलाकर शुरू में 15 से 20 हजार का खर्चा आएगा हम इतना खर्चा अफोर्ड नही कर पा रहे प्लीज बताए हमे क्या करना चाइए एसडीएम पर कार्रवाई भी करना चाहते है क्या करे प्लीज

Sir, we have filed the partition suit in Mathura court in 2019, since then there is no hearing . In every date mostly no work is declared. There is no dispute in the property ,even then never hear the plea. Pls advise.

Sir Feb 2022 me agri land purchase Kiya .khata sanyukt hone ke karn muze jaha liya wha kbja nahi mila. My Grandfather had 1 single property before he died in 1997. He has 5 sons, Out of which only 2 (including my father and one of my uncle) used to live in that property. Now, 2 years ago my uncle also left the property. Can he legally stop us from using that particular part where he used to live? He argues that he has made improvements to that particular area.(Which he did around 10 years ago). We are living on the first floor, my uncle used to live on the ground floor. We both made improvements to the parts where we used to live around 10 years ago. Please advise. Also, majority of other uncles and buas are in support my father.

Sir,हमारे दादा ने खेत का बंटवारा नहीं किया था उन्होन ऐसे ही अपने 5 बेटों को अलग-अलग जमीन karne के लिए दे दी थी लेकिन हमारी जमीन रोड के साइड में है और उनकी जमीन अंडर की साइड है जमीन सबकी अलग-अलग है और सारी जमीनों में सबके नाम चढ़े हुए हैं लेकिन उनमें से दो भाई अपनी जमीन में से आधा आधा हिस्सा हमारी बिना रजामंडी के बीच दिया है तो फ़िर अब वो हमारी ज़मीन में से भी हिशा माँग रही है और हम 24 साल से वो जमीन पर खेती कर रहे हैं अब हम अपनी जमीन को बिना उनकी रजामंदी के अपना नाम कैसे कर सकते हैं!

Civil Suit mein Partition suit case Filing mere pitaji ki taraf se hamari najdik Civil Court Complex pe lawer ke dwara filing Kiya Gaya hai... My grand father had come from Pakistan and bought land on lease . There he had built bunglow for family to stay with wife and 9 childrens and also built few rooms and gave on rent. In 1970 one reputed family of india claimed its their land and filed case againts my family for eviction of land However my family kept staying at that place and didnt evicted the property. In 1996 out of court settlement was done and Arrangement was done between the original owner and our family and through conveyance deed property was transferred back to our family. However as per conveyance deed property buyer is my brother ..i.e instead of name of all family members... property got transferred only in name of one person i.e my real brother Now that bungalow and rooms given on rent has gone in redevelopment My brother is refusing to give me anything as according to him in conveyance deed with original owner only his name is mentioned Also in development agreement with builder he is shown as owner of property including land . Development agreement was dated 2008 however construction started in 2020 and till date OC is not received He is sharing whatever he is getting as owner with two brothers . However as i m daughter he is denying my share Can i claim in the property saying that it was ancestral property and as it was in possession of family since 1947...only for this reason he could enter into agreement with original sellerr and property was transferred to him at minimal amount...

20 saal pahale. Dada property 4 brother mai plane paper per sab ki sign kerke distribute ker diye. With 2 gawah. But avi property Dada ki hi naam per hii. Aab 2 brother court mai partation suit file ker diye hii. Phir se partation ki liye.kyuki sabhi ko equal property or road side property nahi mila hii.Kya result hoga.
