Sydney and Melbourne good for IT and Medical. Cost of living will be high. High paying jobs available in metros which should cover cost if you have the right skills. Healthcare is free for PR and Citizens. Education until 12 is free in public schools. Weather is good in both metros. If you want a quiet and relaxed life, you can move to other places within Australia. Finding job will be hard initially in second tier cities if you don’t have contacts.

Binnichen, I think the whatever the unknown chap mentioned has some very valid points. If you have a middle or upper management position in UK, Europe then there is no point in moving to Australia. If you have a good job then quality of life is better in Europe and North America. What ever Australian Malayalees claim, Australia is a very isolated place in the world. The distance between these large cities are enormous. Do everybody to expect Wonthaggi with a population of 5,000 (distance from Melbourne 130KM) will have the facilities of a city of 150,000? Not at all. You may have a regional hospital servicing all the surrounding farms. Just hospitals alone does not count as a good city. Yes if you like isolated life then Australia may be OK.

Haha.. Dubai is a very tiny little emirate. Also, there is no work-life balance. The people living there are just born to work. There is nothing else they can do. Most people working in the private sector get just a day of holiday in a week. And you can't even go outside due to the extreme heat. Positive things are more Malayalees living there, just 4-hour travel to Kerala, Kerala foods for a cheaper price, a lot of shopping malls, etc. But your entire life, you will be working like an ox on a farm. You need to earn a lot to pay for schools, flats, etc., and to pass it over to the next generation, etc., but the economy is very good in the UK and Australia, so you don't have to save a huge amount of money to pass it over to the next generation, as we know these countries would support them with a house, a job, a good standard of free education, etc. No offence, but Arabs, in fact, just know how to shout at people and don't even know how to build even a toilet. So better not to work among them if you have a choice. The best thing is to earn in the UK or Australia, then go 1 or 2 weeks to Dubai for enjoyment. Stay away from their toxic work culture!

It’s because they move immaturely .. they are not financially settled in uk . So they need to start from the beginning everything and secondly bcz they are not able to get enough points to get 189 or may be they don’t wanna spend the pr expenditure they just end up with some 186 sponsors and get job and stuck some remote areas which they never think initially ..they stuck 2 years were ever they are .. and in current situation. Living conditions n rent and saving 20% for the new house is quire impossible for next 5 years so that also a reason for frustration I would say if you have a house in uk. And while selling if you get easily a 100 thousand £ and moving to Australia with 189 and get a job were you like to like and buy a house slowly in 2 years would be much better than living on n uk . And also its for nurses others may have issues in getting job 😂
