Ashwin was branded by the group jealous of his performances ,b with bat or ball, branded him as " won't b effective in foreign soils " & dropped him .; he was sent 6 down in batting & had little opportunity to b meaningful when top order scored.He scored runs or stay in difficult conditions .As all thinking cricketers he was an ordinary fielder..This is not for the first time south Indian players suffered partiality.Sadagopan Ramesh,srisant ,Kvk Raju ,Venkatraghavan, TR Seminar ,WV Raman for suffered such step motherly treatments.Also who earned displeasure of Gavaskar ,Tendulkar ,Kohli were summarily ignored.

Yes, if you expect any glorified farewell you should be mistaken. Players should know when time to step aside. Indian players do not do that hence need to be dumped. If Rohit/Virat have any self respect they should step aside. It is so sumilating to see then disappoint time and again. No Sympathies. They were paid well for their services period and we own you nothing. Its business.
