Hi Priya, Thanks for your comment! I would suggest that the South Dunedin area is good for all. You can access so quickly to good school, shopping Centers and 5 minutes drive to city center. No disturbance with college students! Of course, job opportunities as well. Thanks see you soon in Dunedin.
