Nope, it's not under public-private partnership. Ya toh government ne land leased ki hai ya sell ki hai but hotel fully private hai. "The Leela" luxury hotel, restaurants and resorts chain hai India me. Presidential suite isliye hai because koi compulsion nai hai ki railway passengers hi stay karenge, airport se aake bhi leela hotel jaa sakte ho yarr. "The Leela" luxurious hotel hai.
