For the time being yes, West up is developed compared to east up, but madhyanchal and purvanchal both are catching up, both madhyanchal and purvanchal are the regions of uttarpradesh which comprises the Eastern up. Do you know how many expressways are being constructed to cater eastern up, *Ganga expressway/prayag Raj expressway *Gorakhpur link *Gorakhpur shamli expressway *Varanasi Kolkata express way *Varanasi link expressway *Purvanchal expressway *Gorakhpur- Siliguri expressway. This year alone, during the GIS summit 2023 Madhyanchal got 427873 cr of FDI Purvanchal got 954492 cr of foreign direct investment Bundelkhand (another backward region in up) got 427873cr of FDI Bundelkhand is also set to get bundelkhand expressway ( inauguration is right around the corner). Just like Noida, BIDA city is under construction in jhansi. So eastern up would catch up with west up in near future.

Motorsports are considered one of the most expensive sports and hosting this kind of events is considered very prestigious and not every country is able to even if they wants to. While india hosted F1 as well as MotoGP both are world most sought after motorsports. Though F1 pulled out in the past due to disagreement on terms with government but this was the first time a MotoGP event was held. And please don't associate it with movies like Race and F&F both are cringe movies and has nothing to do with these races. It's altogether a very difficult and technologically advanced sport. Each teams invest their heart out be it in investment or engineering. And glad india is finally acknowledging the importance of these events and its projection on world stage. I personally was rooting for Marc Marquez representing Repsol Honda. One of the most celebrated racer.

Budh international circuit (BIC) also hosted formula 1 race before. And now MotoGP happened here. India is also bidding for Olympic games and fifa world cup so India is really going forward. I pity on those Pakistanis who still compare themselves with India. It's really unfortunate that they lack education. Keep aside education they lack basic knowledge.

World wide these are known as "Tracks" & the spectators view it from "Stands" ... Michelin tires in India are normally 4-5 times the price of std other brands but buddy they are worth every penny for the price. Had spent a fortune for my car in 2017 & man I swear! Pick up 140kmph on a freeway for 30 minutes straight... and man u will know (or FEEL?!) the difference. Temp distribution on the treads is one-of their hallmarks. Come to India (it's manufactured here these days!)...& take ride!!!...
