Similar things happened in India when Delhi's temperature was reported above 52.9C. before someone investigates , its already spread by enthusiasts. Lahore might be highly polluted, but not extremely industrialized and doesnt have high vehicle lakh. 1900 is extremely high. and it doesnt have such past record. past records are near 500 and few days earlier it was near 162 !!! aur kuchh records/reports dekh ni hai ?
