Pak organisers ex players can never change because most of them are uneducated greedy people just going after money this is my personal experience as aex cricket an all rounder I played for famous Lahore club my club president use to give me a very rotten old ball 100 overs old and I used to bowl for two hours with out a break I was a 90 plus fast bowler and next day in the match I was ordered to keep wickets the fastest bowler of the club used to keep wickets and medicore medium pacers used to take new ball I want to tell you this is what pak cricket is run from grass root to the highest level the talented players are always ignored

Sad to read that you were not given the opportunity. I have also played cricket in my younger days. There was nepotism in India in those days, but from what I hear now, it is much less, and there is a lot of chance for talent to rise up to higher levels.
