आदरणीय सर, वास्तविकता ये है कि लाइसेंस बनाने से लेकर आर सी रिन्यू करवाने तक की प्रक्रिया पेचीदा बना दी गई है। अंदर बैठे अधिकारियों का रवैया इतना बुरा होता है कि आम आदमी, जो प्रायः इतना अधिक शिक्षित होता ही नहीं है कि स्वयं से ऑनलाइन कार्य कर सके, मजबूरी में बाहर बैठे लोगों से अपना कार्य करवाने को विवश हो जाता है ताकि उसका कार्य सरलता से हो जाए। आप अधिकारी हैं और ईमानदार भी हैं, लेकिन ये दुर्भाग्य है कि आप जैसे अधिकारियों का अभाव है। आरटीओ ही नहीं, हर महकमे का यही हाल है। लोग दोहरी मार झेल रहे हैं।

अशिक्षित के कारण ही उनके नाम में गलती कर देते हैं। आधार में नाम में गलती करते हैं। दो बच्चो के बीच में तीन माह , छः माह का अंतर कर देते हैं। अशिक्षित अभिभावक उसी आधार से एडमिशन करवा देते हैं जो की गलत है। पहले जानबूझ कर गलती कर देते है फिर उसमे सुधार करने के लिए पैसे लेते हैं।

RTO OFFICE is the most corrupt office in UP & UK for learning licenses, RTO said no need to visit the RTO office. I tried two times for learning LL online and pay Rs350, and rs350 fees but they reject both times for simple writing violations of the LL test. and when I went to the RTO office and broker outside the RTO office took rs1000 fees and made LL License within 10 minutes this is called corruption and this is the level of corruption.

If we follow online procedures our DL cost approxRs1500 But we pay Rs3500 for DL. This is said reality🥲🥲🥲 I gave rs1000 for learning License And Again i will give rs 2500 for original license And actual fees for learning rs350 And original DL fees rs 1000…. सर नमस्ते सर ऐसा लगभग हर RTO office के वहा होता है मैं भी ऐसा शिकार हुआ हूं सर एक बार उत्तराखण्ड में हर डिस्टिक में प्लीज चैकिंग जरूर कीजियेगा इन जेसे लोगो ने लूट मचा रखी है और ऊपर से हमे परेशान कर के रखते हैं इक बार प्लीज पिथोरागढ़ में भी चैकिंग करना जब आप को उचित समय लगे वहा भी कम से कम 6/7 ऐसे लोग हैं मेरे खुद के गाड़ी के ट्रांसफर कराने के 3/4 month लिए है बहुत दुख हुआ वो देख कर 😢😢 आप जैसा कोई भी ऐसा अपने कुमाऊ मे नही है ऑफिसर मैं आपका बहुत बड़ा फ्रेंड हूं आप की सब video देखता हूं आप जो भी कार्य करते हैं उससे हम जैसे ही नही बल्कि जो गरीब घर से होते है उन्हे भी जानकारी मिलती है आप का बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर ❤❤❤ आप जैसे कोई नही है जो इतनी ईमानदारी से काम करते हों।

bhai tera dimag lhud ka hai nhi tu ek aise bndey ko salute kr rha hai jo ki illegal kam kr rha hai my dad is also an high ranked govt officer . so i asked my dad as well as my mom to open a youtube channel like this . let me tell you what my dad said , ek govt officer as well as employee ko yeh permission nhi hoti hai ki boh apne well being ke liye aise social media aaye its an totally a illegal act . aur govt officer apna social media acc. create kr skta hai retire hone key badh yah sirf apna acc . private rkhe ya fir apne acc. mei apni rank na dale yeh conditions rehti hai khud ko social media acc. create krne ka . and deepak rawat is not a true officer i researched about him at my best and i found he is holding a lot of property which is not possible for any govt. officer too inki salary khud 1.5 tk hoti hai aur land itni jada hold krtey hai jinkikimat crores mei ho,how is it possible mere khud ke ma baap key pass nhi hai itni . aur yeh bndha itna jada cheap hai ki yeh youth ko galat influence kr rha hai ki ek superior ek king hai aur jo uske subordinates hai boh uske gulam yeh apne aapko ek hero dekha rha hai .aur ekgovt. officer apna kam kisi bhi social media pey khud ki well being key liye nhi dal skta boh baat alag hai agar boh apna kam public ko ek positive message deke dekha rha ho , but aapke pyaree deepak sir koi public ke liye nhi khud ki well being key liye dekha rha hota hai uska monetisation on hai youtube ka boh bas kma rha hai issey apke deepak ji kafi faide hai 1 = apne apko hero ki tarah dekhana balki yeh hai nhi . 2 = money , etc . at the last i just wanna say that please dont support him and dont make him your idol , he was just playing with their powers . he doesnt deserve this post he doesnt deserves it
