The issue that stood out to me is the "surcharge Policy". The IMF should put an end to this policy and allow Pakistan some time and flexibility for improvement. The initial requirement from the IMF to halt special economic zones (which are part of the CPEC Project) should be removed. It's widely recognized that the CPEC project holds the potential to enhance our country's economy.

How come Mr PM agreed to limit, infact ,stop the enhancement of Special Economic Zones? It highlights that there purpose was only to get IMF program but they didn't pay heed to returning this. These government's myopic policies have affected country's economy very badly and it is offcourse not ready to bear the increasing burden of it. However, these mentioned solutions are only on paper but no one has ever tried to implement these policies and get the country out of these crisis.

How to improve the agri sector and industrial sector of Pakistan?

If we go with IMF direction, withdrawl of subsidy from every sector, with drawl of other facilities granted to industry, in this way we cannot make sound footing of our economy. Reason is that our prices in international market are so high as compare to other exporting countries. How we can compete in this scenerio of high prices of our fuel charges and other input prices. You mentioned we have to increase our exports, to earn more foreign exchange. I seek your advise what is the way to increase exports with out offering subsidy and other facilities to make the export prices competible. Please tell the way other than subsidy and facilility tools.

This is the primitive question the responsibles need to find the answer of,,, Structural Reform of institutions (particularly the economy decision making institutes such as National economy council, Special Investment Federation Council) needs to be reformed in such a way which can bring the possible little impact when the political change occurs... To cut the long story short, economic reform alone can not bring any sustainable change untill unless there is security and political crisis is present..
