یہ اس معیار پہ تو آئے کہ حکومت اسے آگے لائے؟؟؟؟ اس کا کیا معیار ہے؟ ابھی تو یہ طفلِ مکتب ہے۔۔۔ دو چار رٹی رٹائی باتیں کرکے آپ اس پوری طرح متاثر ہوئے بیٹھے ہیں۔۔۔ ایسے بچے پاکستان کی گلیوں میں رٗل رٗل کرختم ہوجاتے ہیں۔۔۔۔۔ اور رہی حکومت کی بات۔۔۔ تو حکومت ہمیشہ وہیں رھتی ہے لیکن بدقسمتی سے لوگ ہی اس قابل یا اس معیار پہ پورا نہیں اٗترتے کہ وہ حکومت کے لیے کچھ کرسکیں ۔۔۔ جیسے آج سے 10-15 سال قبل پاکستان میں ایک دونمبر، فراڈ، دھوکے باز شعبدے باز شخص نے یہ شوشہ چھوڑا کہ وہ پانی سے ریلوے انجن چلا سکتا ہے اور جب اسے پاکستان کے مایہ ناز سائنسدانوں جیسے ڈاکٹر ثمرمبارک مند، ھود بھائی وغیرہ کے سامنے پیش کیا گیا تو وہ آیا ہی نہیں کیونکہ اسے معلوم تھا کہ وہ یہ سب کچھ ثابت نہیں کرسکے گا۔۔۔۔ اور پھر اس دونمبر فراڈ نے یہی شور ڈالا کہ حکومت اسے موقع نہیں دیتی۔۔۔۔۔ اور جب حکومت نے اسے موقع دیا تو وہ اپنا معرکہ یا معجزہ دکھانے کے لیے آیا ہی نہیں۔۔۔۔ اسی طرح سے ایک اور دونمبر فراڈ بچہ جسے ہم پروفیسر صافی کے نام سے جانتے تھے۔۔۔۔۔ وہ آج کل اسلام کی تبلیغ میں لگ گیا ہے۔۔۔۔ اس کے بارے بھی بہت شور سٗنا تھا کہ پتہ نہیں پاکستان نے کیا کردیا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔ سب بکواس اور جھوٹ تھا۔۔۔۔ اسی طرح سے ارفع کریم کے بارے بھی صرف اور صرف قیاس آرائیاں کی گئیں اور اسے ھیرو بنا دیا گیا۔۔۔ جب کہ وہ اس قابل ہی نہیں تھی۔۔۔ سچ کیا تھا کہ اس نے رٹے مار کر کسی طرح سے مائیکروسافٹ کی ایک سرٹیفکیشن حاصل کرلی۔۔۔۔۔ اور پاکستان میں شور پڑگیا کہ پتہ نہیں پاکستان نے آسمان پھاڑ دیا ہے۔۔۔۔ جب کہ وہ ایک چھوٹی سی سرٹیفکیشن تھی جو اکثر لوگ صرف 6-8 مہینے کی تیاری کے بعد حاصل کرلیتے ہیں۔۔۔ لیکن کیا اس نے کوئی ایسی چیز ایجاد کی جس سے دٗنیا میں واقعی میں کوئی انقلاب برپا ہوا ہو۔۔۔ یا کوئی ایسا نظریہ یا سوچ دی ہو جس کو بنیاد بنا کر دٗنیا میں انقلاب برپا کردیا ہو۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایسا تو کچھ نہیں ہوا تھا اور آج اس کے نام سے پاکستان میں یونیورسٹیاں بنائی جاتی ہیں۔۔۔ اسی طرح سے 2000 میں ایک افریقی بچے کا بہت شور ڈالا گیا اور اسے لوگوں نے امام مہدی تصور کرنا شروع کردیا اور اس کی 7 ملیں سے زیادہ سی۔ڈیز بک گیئں۔۔۔ کہ اس نے قُرآن پاک 7-8 سال کی عٗمر میں حفظ کرلیا تھا اور چند رٹے رٹائے یا تیارکردہ سوالات کے جوابات دیتا تھا جو اس کے اساتذہ نے تیار کروائے تھے۔۔۔۔ اور ہم پاکستانی اس کے پیچھے بھی پاگل ہوگئے تھے اور بعد میں معلوم ہوا کہ 7-8 سال کی عٗمر میں تو پاکستان میں سینکڑوں بچے اس عمر میں عام طور سے قٗران خفظ کرلیتے تھے جو بچپن سے ہی مدرسوں میں داخل کیے جاتے تھے۔۔۔۔۔ یہ بچہ بھی کچھ ایسی ہی مثال ہے۔۔۔ اور چلتے چلتے آپ کو ایک اور مثال دے دوں۔۔ کہ آج سے چند سال قبل ایک اوربچہ جس نے آے لیول میں 27 اے پلس حاصل کیے تھے وہ آج کل اخبارات میں کالم لکھ رہا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔

Hasnain is just a child, he is not by himself. Somebody has educated him to this level, proves that we need teachers. He is living in utopia. Hasnain will be true learner when enters the practical life and face the challenges by himself. True perfectionism and idealism is impossible. We have seen a lot of such kind of motivational speakers but they vanished. If Hasnain is saying something that is not his life experience because ten years to live in a world is nothing.

Education has three main steps, 1. Observing and Learning, 2. Remembering and 3. Expressing the knowledge when required. Above all the teachings of Islam provide you the boundaries of teaching and learnings. I am a teacher. I know how to deal each of my student in the way that he or she can understand. We cannot leave the child free to learn according to what he seems fit. If we let them free each of them will have own observation, hypothesis, deduction and misunderstood laws. What a teacher need to do is to understand what a student thinks about something. Once the teacher know his or her ideas then the teacher will erase misconceptions from his mind and unveil the right thing that is the truth or reality. A teacher leads to a right path if he or she is really a teacher. Problem comes when teacher is not really a teacher. What the boy says I totally disagree. If someone has good knowledge of English words and he uses it to impress others is not really a thing to be impressed. Don't be impressed. Hazrat Muhammad (s.a.w) said something like " near the end of time people will get education from young people". And off course this is the same time about which he pointed out.

بات درست ہے مگر جہاں ایک ٹیچر کو25-30بچوں کی کلاس کو ایک ساتھ لے کے چلنا ہوتا ہے پھر اوپر سے سلیبس کور کرنے کا دباؤ اور پھر امتحانی سسٹم ، اس میں ٹیچرز کے لئے زیادہ گنجائش نہیں بچتی 40 منٹ کے پیریڈ میں ہر بجے کو الگ طرح سے لے کے چلنے کی۔ اس کے لئے موجودہ سکولنگ سسٹم کو چھوڑ کر کچھ نیا سوچنا اور کرنا ہوگا۔
