Mr. Sushant has got one fact wrong, PTI did hold party elections but the ECP deeply scrutinized their party elections, which they normally don't do, but they can always find a reason if they want to. Actually, ECP was dictated by the BOYS to deprive PTI of the election symbol so ECP just has to follow the instructions. Secondly, ECP didn't go deep into the elections of any other party, which clearly shows their bias. It once happened in the past with PPP too, that their election symbol was snatched but it was replaced with the symbol of arrow. This time, in 2024 it was the first instance that a party contested an election without any symbol & outside the umbrella of the party.

@@mayankk108 Presidency in his term was not ceremonial. You forget our laws are not written in stone. His famous label of being mister 10% was because he amended the constitution and had taken all approval powers from the Prime Minister. Without his signature nothing could happen and he took at least 10% share on everything. Pakistani reality is that when the party leader is president then he is the monarch, when he is prime minister then the president is a stooge. Laws and power distributions are only a parliament / senate bill away to get reconfigured. That's also how democracies work.

I consider Pakistani Army as the most politically astute army inthe world, whatever their performance in the battlefield might be.If they have sense, they will allow Taliban Khan to form the govt and let his popularity to die a natural death because he will inherit a doomed economy and has to institute unpopular measures since he will have no other choice. Secondly,since Talibani Khan does not have absolute majority, they will armtwist him as per their wish because that fellow is also just as hungry for power and will be more ductile given his recent brush with the army's ugly face and not try heroics ( If he does, will again meet the same fate). And thirdly, will redeem its image in the eyes of the world and the Pakistani people that they have bowed down to the will of the people. This killing three birds with one stone😂😂😂

What is important is what the farmers want. If the policy is right, it is the duty of the government to convince the farmers. Indian EVMs look like they are from the stone age. The best unhackable and low cost EVMs are implemented in California. Voters vote on paper ballots, which are dropped into the EVM machine, which scans, counts and drops the manual votes drop into the locked box attached to the EVM. The manual votes can be later used for recounts and audits. This unhackable method combines the best features of manual voting and electronic counting.
