Just a small adjustment to his left landing foot - the toes should be angled towards the leg stumps or, at the very least, the middle stumps. Currently, his foot is landing on the off stump. This isn’t ideal for a fast bowler and could lead to injuries. Moreover, it aids in generating more pace when the foot drags from the leg stump direction to the off stump. Please consider this advice if you find it suitable. P.S. I have experience as a fast bowler with a round-arm side-on action and a prime record of reaching 150Ks. Though, My ideal was Legendary fast bowler Jeff Thomson.

Run-up strength training.perfect action food proper sleep muscle health is important if you are above 6ft you don't need to practice too much runandjump stance but if you are minor than that you need to ..I gave you all my tips

Haris Rauf didn’t have match fitness to play 50 over cricket. His line and length was completely wayward and didn’t even have the fitness to bowl 4+ overs. Speed is an asset that will never fade away.

He's been able to get up to 145kph off a short run (indoors). It's still early doors in regards to his rehab - he needs to progressively increase the intensity from the full run up outdoors now.

His action was cleared by the ICC prior to him visiting us. During our sessions, his arm has been completely straight.
