I was staying 6 weeks in Lahore in the beginning and stayed with a local family and made friends who I toured the city with and helped hold my camera ( reference to beginning clips in first video) Thank you so much for the beautiful words, and I’m glad you enjoyed my videos 🙏❤️ Please do come visit. Pakistan is open for visitors right now and things are much “easier” here during these *special times we’re having. North is open for travel after June, aug-Sept is best time for north, and yes, by motorcycle is the best ;) there are few rental companies here too. If you come, say hi ! What makes Pakistan amazing is that there's no need for an official tourism video paid for by the govt. All you need is foreigners with clear minds just experience the culture and the people, and the video makes itself. As Pakistani who has been in Germany since i was 15 years old, i know the struggle that Rosie went through as i have gone through a very similar struggle myself that led me to Islam, the video from Rosie is really a philosophical masterpiece. That being said, beautiful people exist all around the world not only in pakistan, when i first came to germany i had with me 3 very heavy suitcases with kind of broken wheels (it was like carrying around three fat dead bodies) and i was fully expecting a cold treatment from the germans because of my History lessons, i was standing there on the train platform completely exhausted and convinced that noone cared and noone was going to help me, when the train came, i boarded the restaurant carriage and i put my luggage there only to be told by the waiter that i couldn't stay in the carriage if i didn't order anything to eat; then, in a moments notice this very German looking kind gentleman in a suit (mid 40's) saw the distress I was in and immediately bought me a cup of sparkling water from the restaurant so i wouldn't have to change carriages, i was so completely shocked and my expectations overturned in a moment. Seda you are such a beautiful soul that you are able to extract so much from Rosie's video in just one watching, i also love your quote "This beautiful Rosie became a Muslim"!

You are a Turk, if you go there you will find out that pakistani love Turks more than anyone else. Dear Seda: What Pakistanis did to Rosie is the same thing Pakistanis in general would do to any guest. Partly its the South Asian culture and partly its the Islamic and Central Asian cultural influence that combines in different provinces in Pakistan in different ways but it all results in being very hospitable to their guests. The concept of friendship is different than what you find in the western world. There are good and bad things there as there are in the west but I think on the sense of community, deep friendships, helping your friends in need etc., certainly they have an edge over US (where I am) and likely over the west. I have not been to Turkey, my sister has but I did have some college friends from Turkey back in the 90's. I would think some of these values are similar in Turkey as well. BTW, I know you can find the Alps, great natural scenes in Europe and America but the wilderness and mountains in Pakistan are a bit different. Its raw nature and its majestic and more untouched. That area isn't called the roof of the earth for nothing.
