House is good but its good for commercial purpose more like a hotel can be used as a luxury vacation spot with 1000 dollar room rent per day. The best part is the open area with glass roof amazingly built rest is just fine using too much imported products makes it too overpriced. Anyway whoever builds it its a good masterpiece but only purpose is luxury guest house or hotel or whatever u call it.

I'd rather buy 2 to 4 exquisite properties in the West with $40 million. Buying a plaza in F11 for $ 10 million to generate 2 crores in monthly rent is a far more efficient use of capital. I'd prefer a 4 kanal house in F6, G6, or G11 for around $1 million, and perhaps a 100-acre plot with a house on Burki Road Lahore.
