At the last moment they will or may complete some stadiums. They don't have foresight that they need to give security to all 8 teams. Unless backdoor diplomacy takes the lead and develops a groundbreaking solution, the likelihood seems slim. The significance of international relationships relies on diplomatic channels that strive to create win-win situations for both parties involved. In the current scenario, I believe a viable solution would be to have additional host countries from 2025 to 2031, allowing either Pakistan or India to play their matches if necessary.

No way pakistan can impact 40% revenue, if that was the case ICC would be giving 15-20% share to Pakistan instead of just 5%....max 10% icc revenue can be impacted but that will in turn make Pakistan board bankrupt.. Pakistan in no position to negotiate as suggested by Rashid

ICC is getting US $ 12.5 million a year from the sale of broadcast rights in Pakistan from 2014-2027 whereas it's getting US $ 32.5 million a year from UK & atleast US $ 375-500 million a year from India for the same period. So why would Pakistan get a 15 % of the share of the net ICC revenue pool when their contribution to the broadcast revenue pool of ICC is 0.028 % i.e US$ 50 Million divided by US $1750 million /1.75 billion ?

Look at pathetic security situation in pakistan and they want to hold an international tournament. Your financial contribution is negligible to ICC. If any untoward incident happens during the tournament where will pcb keep it's face.
