The hotel had such an old world homey feel to it. It surely is somewhere I'd like to stay for a few days. Since I love cooking and food, I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the dishes that you were served and sadly can only speculate how delicious they were. Lucky you!!!!! Thanks, Mommy. Yes this was my favourite of the 5 hotels I reviewed in Lahore for the quality of food, that nice big suite, and the "permit drinking room" / bar ;-) Plus it was so well designed. It's where lots of European airline crews stay so it was always fun hearing their conversations around the property as well. Miss you xo

A warm welcome to you in Lahore,❤️💐. I live in Lahore, I was born here & I would say that you have choosen best hotel to stay. There is a small correction in your review to Dumpukht restraunt where you loved Mutton chops. Actually all these foods are indo-Pak combined recipes, previously Pakistan n India was one country and got independent in 1947. They share Food recipes culture since then. So these are not Indian cuisine but also Pakistani cuisine. Also please do visit Lahore Food Street, (it's a must) and Poet restraunt which is near Badshahi mosque & Lahore Fort. You will love inner Lahore colour full places and historical buildings. Also visit our military museum and Packages mall. Have a safe and happy stay in Pakistan, make million good memories 👍🏻

Like always, u simply know what to order for breakfast in bed. Amazing. Fresh fruits, cereal, poached eggs on toasted bread. Coffee, caffeine, a must to wake up d senses, getting ready for d day's adventure.

Hi Angela, I'm glad that you liked and gave your views on PC. Four and five star concept from western countries to eastern ones vary drastically. I mean, in terms of personal service, amenities and decor, hotels in Asia are far better. I'm saying because I have been in hospitality and travel industry for last 30 years and that is all in UK London, from Sheraton to IHG.

Angela, a fellow Pakistani American here. A quick observation and correction before people get offended. At 5:25 mark you talk about going to an "Indian" restaurant at the hotel. It's a Pakistani restaurant. I personally don't care but 1) It's factually incorrect and 2) I know there are sensitivities around this topic with other fellow Pakistanis. Just wanted to make sure you are aware. Thanks for showcasing Pakistan in a positive light. (Love from Washington DC)

I want to ask you if u can reply on which visa you travelled to Pak and is that was easy to get visa or hard ax I have tried once to get visitor visa which was rejected as they asked sponcership from one Pak national on a government attested stamp paper like notarized by an court

Dumpukht resturant mainly serves mughlai cuisine which is basically the food of muslims in south asia. Mughlai cuisine is heavily meat based and majority of other comminities in India dont eat meat or eat these dishes very often.
