The main issue is drawing room, double heighted and open from the top makes it very hard to install AC. How will guests sit there without AC? And if we install AC it would need a lot more energy to cover that big area and that's also have holes on top

MASHALLAH beautiful house. My personal suggestion is that the washing area must note be through a bedroom. It would have been much better if it could adjusted outside in the garage area+ for personal use there is no need of first floor kitchen insted there should be a third bedroom if possible with a attached bathroom and try giving 1st stairs from inside the house. And there shold be a small washroom in the grage also for the guests.

Please understand that these are not showroom but homes. ..home needs to feel like a cozy and friendly space.. Lot of the design effort is redundant. Triple height serve NO value addition... Check Indian architecture.. especially channel "Buildofy" and introduce something similar in Pakistan

Asad bhai ap ny new design banaya hy, as you asked for opinion of public openly, so may i say, ap k second floor pr jisay ap drawing room bol rahy ho, wo space kaisy drawing room ban sakti hy, kaisy guests ko stairs sy uper ly kr jao gy aur kaisy kitchen sy serve karo gy, kitchen aur baki rooms neechy aur guests ooper; dosra space bhi kafi choti hy for being a drawing room.

Masha Allah Design / Concept kafi acha or different hai. 2-Portions, alag alag rent per dena kafi mushkil hai, privacy k hisab se. Baqi 1.8 Cror ka Ghar or Water Tank Plastic ka is a horrible selection. Bcz Plastic Water Tank is useless in every weather, should be a cemented. Hopefully Waqt k sath sath next projects mn improvements dikhai dy gi. So..Good Luck. Stay Blessed.

Waqae esa gher nahin dekha… itna fazool . Very complicated design and wastage of space. Bus uper neechey ser hi ghoomta rahe. Drawing room ka to ji bhar ke bera gharq kiya he, no privacy at all. Ser ke uper se jo ja raha ho ga uske jooton ki mitti mehnano ke munh p girey gi . Uper se itni patli si gallery me kya spy bthaney hein jo neeche jhanktey rahein . Acha bhla dhang ka uper poora floor ban jana tha jo banda rent out bhi ker sakey . Yahan to kamrey ek doosrey k ander se shuru ho rahe hein . I wasn’t expecting this from him .

There are many issues in the house: firstly it lacks elegance. Toilets are below average and too simple. The recreational space/ pray area is a joke, you can’t fit there. The led place is actually a major flaw. Try fitting in a led and your remote control won’t work furthermore all people watching TV will end up having their neck hurting and visiting the physiotherapist.

Brother i will give you my honest opinion .. you have wasted a lot of space in the drawing room ... you keep saying triple height .. who wants triple height .. people would want an extra room instead..!! Then that little space on the 1st floor ... above the drawing room 3ft wide and 13ft long .. where you said you can pray here or play Ludo ..!!! You can't utilise that space for nothing positive ..!!! The kitchens were very nice .. but no fans or A.C ..??? You made a big fuss a few days before .. when visiting some else's house our sister's or mother's working in the kitchens should have A.C or fan's because it gets hot in the kitchens ..??? And the TV lounge why does it have only 1 fan in the ceiling ... ?? Everyone else has 2 fan's in there tv lounges ..!!! Brother its good to criticise other people's work if it needs to be criticised ..!!! But you have to maintain that brother ... Not go quiet when its your own house ..!!!! MY VIEWS ON YOUR PROPERTY
