Bravo and Respect to all workers, cooks, and servers for their hard work they did to feed 4000Plus people on time. It's an Unpretentious event. If I was invited I will try their delicious foods too but only the ones that were cooked and drink bottled water or soda. Fresh salads and fruit salads, I'll pass on those as I usually do. I will eat with bare hands too but I have to wash my hands first. Hygiene usually is compromised in any big event. Everybody is eating with their bare hands too so they don't mind if their foods are handled with bare hands. How about cruise ships and hotel buffets, Airline caterers ??? We don't know inside their kitchens.
