You mention that there are only a few mudrassahs which produce Talibans. But aren't there enough talibans produced by those few? Is the small number of the alma maters of the Taliban justify ignoring them?

“Basics.” A student has to be grounded in the fundamentals of Urdu and English. A sound grounding in both languages require years of rigorous work. A good and well-paid teaching staff is required. They ought to be selected based on merit. Any scholarship is a serious undertaking. Could primitive Muslims in a bankrupt state accomplish such a goal?
