Few advices that will help young fast bowlers. Always warm up Take good amount of water before and during the bowling your spine has cushions that are called discs they need to remain well hydrated After bowling warm up and stretch Take more proteins and less sugar Learn the skill of swing and control speed goes away very quickly Learn batting also that you are not a sitting duck

It all depends how PCB trains and grooms this new bowlers who has a lot of talent . Trainers should guide Zeeshan in bowling inswingers reverse swing Yorkers etc but most the bowlers must be intelligent enough to quickly find out the weaknesses of batsmen.

He isn’t overconfident he is confident that he is capable of bowling faster than Shoaib Akhtar, iss mein itna jazbati hone ki zarorat nai hai, he has nice physique and will be nightmare to the batters, with this height and physique he will need half the effort to bowl as fast as Shoaib Akhtar, no doubt Shoaib Akhtar is a legend and our pride and I believe that this youngster will also make us proud.
