No one should think that the word Allah takes its root in ‘Illah’, both are two different words. Thank you for covering Bangladeshi food. In Bangladesh we have different types of Biriyani like Kacchi Biriyani in which we put mutton with big potato pieces, in Tehari we use small beef pieces with rice sometimes small pieces of potatos, in chicken biriyani we also use potatoes but there is another version of biriyani which is not common where we use chickpeas that you tasted. One more thing the packaging is not standard in Saudi Arabia where they use polythene bags. Again thank you for your good reviews. ❤

This are local foods… we have the luxury ones too like mutton Kachi, chicken roast, mezban cuisines, Khala bhuna and many more for that you have to come Chittagong, Bangladesh We have so many different flavors you guys will love it. I have had Pakistani friends since I was a kid, in fact I studied in a Pakistani school till grade 5 in Oman. So I have tried a lot of dishes as my friends were our neighbors and they would send us food back and forth. Still I’d like to visit Pakistan and try some authentic and wild flavors. triangular is samusa we call it Somusa. Roundish one is Shingara. That Sabji Pakora, We all it sobji pakora. Biriani is different type of (a lot of type). Normal biriani have Potato. But Kacchi biriani(Biriani of goat-lamb) have Lentil with potato. Other ingridiants such as Beresta, Pea, nuts,kaju pesta etc can be used. And we have a special type of Hilsh fish Biriani. It is so special Biriani may be you will only find it in Bangladesh.
