Your career will be started again from the same salary i.e. 1500 to 2500 AED. Because DAE is not a Graduate Degree and DAE [Diploma Holder] Diploma holder can never get an Engineer Visa. So, the Diploma Holder gets only Technicians visa and for this level salary starts from 1500 to 2500 AED. And you will never ever get Engineer Visa, and for this you have to Pass Engineering Tests with Authorized and Attested Degree from PEC [Pakistan Engineering Council] and related University. Though, I have gone through some of the [very few --- hardly 5 - 10] who got jobs by luck in Multinational / Corporate level jobs who have been getting 5000-8000 AED Salary. But this is rare.
