Last 10 , a lot of procedural reforms have been introduced in Indian Hajj Committee headed by Mr AP Abdullakkutty, who is one of the national vice president of ruling BJP. 1. They have reduced the travelling expenses of hajis. 2. They have introduced a system which will give preference to the people who haven’t done Hajj earlier 3, They have successfully increased the Hajj quota for Indians 4. It’s done in a digital way so that no unwanted influence can be made in the system. Another one main achievement of BJP government is this is the government has given maximum benefits to poor Muslims in the form of houses, mudra loans, agricultural loans etc and this number is morethan the total number of such benefits given to them from 1947 to 2014. Muslim men won’t vote for BJP because they worry BJP may bring UCC etc. So we cannot blame their stand in a democratic society because everyone can express his own opinion in democracy. But no one can deny that as far as social benefits are considered, no government has done the work like Modi government

I am looking at this from different perspective. Please follow my observations: 1. You see no muslims of India is praising this appraoch by Indian Govt. 2. We Indian hindus are very emotional and always stand one step ahead on humanity irrespective of any individual belongs to any community or nation. 3. Unfortunately while being Indian we should be positive in appreciating such acts, but we must not over react and ignore our national integrity by promising or committing such offers that becomes threat for our sovereignty. 4. Always remember no Muslim state believes in secularism and specially our immediate neighbours like Pakistan or Bangladesh can never become our friend by heart. Because their upbringing is to hate other religious communities. Of course exceptions are everwhere and the same is equally true for these two states. 5. Please make sure while having good relations with them, please ensure not to trust these Governments much, as they will shift their approach from friend to foe when situation changes or arises. I had tears in my eyes listening to the podcast where I learn't how my country India is grateful and is honoring a Pakistani with a high Civil Award on 26th January 2025, which is our Republic Day, who went out of his way to save 22 Indians during the 2023 Hajj pilgrimage.
