Bhaijan is only used for an older brother. You can say Bhai for younger men. For older girl you can say Bhaji. Younger girl you can say Bahan. If you know the name of the younger girl or boy it is appropriate to call them by their name. For elder man use Uncle and elder woman use Auntie.
