I empathized with labor. You should put yourself in their shoes. The company who is responsible for delivering cement, it’s their responsibility to make their labores’ life easy. Provide them tools that makes their job easy. For example, they can invest in forklift that can carry thousands of pounds in one trip. This way they will need only one person who can do the job of equal to ten people. Someone says common sense is not very common and it is true.
