As Sadhguru rightly observed, Indian society is very complicated and not easily amenable to western understanding. It takes a lifetime to understand India... sometimes, even that may not be enough.

Hindustan was so divided already in castes and kingdoms before the invaders arrived.. the shudras, sc, st, obc, dalits, and tribals had been suffering a lot at the hands of the so called upper castes.. but sadly, hindus are still not united today even after invasions and colonialism... 90% of muslims and christians and buddhists in the sub-continent are descended from so called lower caste...the only reason it was so easy to invade India- Caste System and division among the hindu kings

Good video and nice content. Religion is not the correct translation of Dharm . Dharm means good deeds. Actualy the the closest translation of religion in hindi could be panth . You may or may not follow any region or being atheist also but if your deeds are good you will attain moksha(salvation). He established ISHA YOGA CENTER which is the largest non-profit organisation on planet. There he established DHAYANA LINGA (at which many yogis failed to do so after many attempts) He is world-wide recognized and every other day he is travelling across the world for his sessions.
