Yes bro it happens I realized it when my back pain started reaching even to my legs and it was unbearable,i started losing focus ,my hands and feet puffed like balloons, after some tests it came out that my rbc count has reduced ,cholesterol increased,developed some infection in blood,phosphorus was low,there was deficiency of vit b and c and my bilirubin production has also decreased... my thyroid t3 and t4 levels were low , tsh has increased to 875 which have a normal range of 0-6 as normal and the root cause came out was that I was in stress for a long time. So it's important for everyone out there that u do work hard but always take care of yourself first. And one thing to add is that I am just 24 yrs old
