Ravana says he has achieved everything the universe has to offer, yet he is still considered as a 'Rakshas'. The only way he can become God(Naryana/Vishnu) is by achieving Sita(Lakshami). Our Mata Lakshami/Sita can reside only with Vishnu/Rama. So basically he is saying if Sita accepts him as her Husband, Ravana automatically becomes Vishnu.

Do you know that just the Mahabharata and Ramayana contain more pages than all the literature of Ancient Greece? We are not counting the Vedas, Upanisads, Puranas etc... if you take a count of all the ancient texts in India they are more than all the literature of ancient entire world. It's very fascinating.
