Its true that Nepostism may help them to enter the bollywood but only talent can let them stay. Suppose, You are doing KZbin and your kid wants to do that too, as it has fame and money, would you stop them from doing that? And even if you guide how to do all those, only their talent would make them popular. Thats All. I am a big fan your though.
