Steps: 1. Boil chopped veggies with turmeric and salt. 2. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, add ginger-garlic paste & green chili. 3. Mix boiled veggies, stir, cook for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy this classic Odia dish!
