Aaho puffed rice hei and they called ‘Phulliyan’ and not ‘Phull-wardiyan’ (they are deep fried and are type of papards). Aap key ‘Chikkard Choley’ different item hei…they are like chholey-kulchey of Indian Punjab (and here by kulcha i mean yeast wala fermented kulcha and not Aloo Kulcha of Amritsar). Bhaturey k chholey bilkul different hotey hei…poori k saath millney waaley chholey thordey similar hotey hei aapkey murg-channey waaley chholon ki tarah but obviously here they are without murg.
