I felt it was Arjun Kapoor when I watched it for the first time as well. But then I found that it wasn't only him but a combination of star kids, coz quite a few of them went through massive physical transformation without developing good acting skills, and won Best Debut awards in various award shows. 1. Tendua is Tiger Shroff (that's why he kept roaring ;-). 2. Surajmookhi is Suraj Pancholi (Aditya Pancholi's son (Google hims, he has a big scandalous history, that's why his debut movie was named "No one killed Zia". 3. Fuday Chopra, you know who, right? Uday Chopra, LOL! 4. Sodumb Kapoor is Sonam Kapoor. 5. Manojuddin was Nawazuddin. 6. The Surekha (or Rekha) award mess up scene was probably inspired by the Miss Universe controversy few years ago (LOL, remember?) 7. Johari Bhai is Karan Johar (maker of Star kids!). As you mentioned there were several references of different characters, events, incidents, trends, and over Bollywood culture throughout the skit. Nice reaction BTW , keep it going :-)!
