This Genius said nothing new. In any country Buerocrats only convey the rules, terms and hurdles involved in any decision to the Minister or leader. But the decision is important. I strongly disagree. Yes, Some Bureacracy is needed. But India me kai zada Bureaucracy ho gaya hai. It was ment to be Steel Frame of India. But it has became a Cage. Aur desh ko piche rakhne me yahi Bureaucracy ka sabse bada haath hai. Mai PM banu kabhi to, 80% of Ministries ya Departments close kar du ga. 💥 Aapko ek normal sa Bar bhi kholna hai to, 1000 tarha ka aproval chahiye hota hai. Ghumte raho alag alag sarkari office me pas aproval ke liye. Upar se bina Bribe diye to wo karne wale nahi hai. Bar kholne ke liye itna jhamela hai, Ek Factory kholne ke liye to bhul hi jao. Koi chota buisnessman, Factory kholne jae ga to saalo lag jae ga start karne me wo abhi agar kismat achha hua to. Mai PM banu to ye sab approvals ka system kahtam kar du ga. Jisko jo kholna hai kholo, Bas ek chiz ka approval hona chahiye, Wo Safety and Pollution discharge. (Matlab Factory me koi poisonous gas leak hone ka chances to nahi hai, ya fir wo waste nikle ga wo sahi se mannage ho raha hai ki nahi) Iske alawa koi approval nahi. Bas jamin kharido aur waha banao jo banana hai, Factory banana hai banao, Bar banao, ya fir EV charging station kholo, Safety ke alawa aur koi permission nahi chahiye. Band karo wo sabhi useless Sarkari offices ko aur Babus ko fire karo. Aur ye to baat hue, Bas Buisness start karne ki. 💥💥 Business chalane me bhi Lakho tarha ka useless regulations hai. Aap koi bhi businesses kar rahe ho to itna regulations hai ki sabhi chize aapko pata bhi nahi ho gi. Aap kuch bhi dhanda karo, zarur kuch na kuch aap aisa kar rahe ho ge jiase koi regulations break hota hai. (Kyu ki rules hi itne saare and faltu hai). Example- Mumbai me kuch 3-4 salo tak ek aisa law tha factory and office owner ke liye jisme, Aapko Factory and offices me, Lime Water rakhna compulsory tha. Kyu ? Kyu ki early 1900s me Mumbai me Jaundice ya fir Colera disease faila hua tha. To us waqt sarkar ne law bana diya ki office me Lime Water hona compulsory hai, Jisme employees ko haath dono regularly compulsory hai. Aur wahi law aaj tak chal raha tha. Ab Mumbai me kitne aise offices and Factory hai jo ye law ka palan kar rahe ho ge ? Koi bhi nahi ! Aur unki galti nahi hai, Kyi ki unko bhi nahi pata ho ga ki aisa koi law hai. Aur waise bhi aaj kal Soap Handwash hai, Lime water kun use karta hai 😂😂 Ab iska fayda utha kar, Sarkari Inspector apka office me ghus kar aapko Blackmail kar kar Bribe wasule ge, Kyu ki aapne law break kar diya. Aap arrest se bachne ke liye ab Bribe do ge bhi. Aur ye bas ek faltu rules nahi hai. Aisa lakho rules hai, jo kabhi bas sabhi kuch follow kar bhi nahi sakte. Inspector ko kuch na kuch Voilation zarur mill jae ga. Aur fir wo usse Rent Extraction kare ga. Mai ek aur example deta hu, Covid tak, Ek rules tha ki jo bhi company IT ya BPO releated kaam kar rahi, Unko apne Basement me Fax Machine aur waisa hi 2-3 device rakhna ho ga. Now, who the f*ck uses Fax Machine these days. Iska matlab saare ke saare IT and BPO companies ne iska voilation kar diya. 💫 That is why, 90% of the regulations must be removed. Bas yahi regulation hona chahiye ki kisi business se koi 3rd party harm na ho. Usse zada kuch nahi. 💥 State logo ka zindigi me ghusi hue hai. Kuch bhi karne ke liye aapko Babus ke paas jana parta hai. State ko nikalo logo ke economic and personal life se. As long as koi indivisual kisi 3rd person ko koi nuksaan nahi kar raha, State ko bahar rahana chahiye sabhi chizo se. 💥💥 1947 me hume koi Azadi nahi mili. Phele British Raj tha, ab Babu Raj ho gaya hai. Yes, we need some State in limited area. Like Contract Enforcement (courts). Aap kisi ko apna Flat rent pe diye ho, Aur wo rent dena band kar de aur ghar par kabja kar le, To aap Court jao ge to aapko Saalo lag jae ga usko evict karne ke liye. Matlab jo minimum kaam State ko karna chahiye, Wo to dhang se kar nahi rahe. Ulta jaha State ka koi zarurat nahi, waha apna naak ghusa kar logo ke liye difficult kar rahe hai. 💥 Ye video bhi wahi UPSC coaching mafia ke taraf se Propaganda hai. Bas din raat Bureaucracy ka taarif karte rahana hai taa ki unka coaching ka dhanda chalte rahe.
