You can try 1) "MISSAL PAV" which is from kolapur Maharashtra INDIA. We usually have "POHa" as and breakfast In Maharashtra . 2) U can also try south indian food like -Masala Dosa -Idli -Mendu Vada -Uttapam -Appe .. This all are unique and must try food on your list ... And here in India we have n number of variety of biryani which u will find different taste in every state or city so if ever you come so must try this one 1) Hyderabadi dum biryani 2) Lucknow Biryani 3) Kolkata biryani 4) and Mumbai biryani Love from INDIA brother Jai Hind 🇮🇳

Nihari is a Lucknow invention, Just like Urdu is Lucknow invention. Just because it's more popular in Pakistan doesn't mean Pakistan region invented it. To be honest most Pakistani regions were having more vegetarians than non vegetarian before partition.

South Indian Dhosa, Kathiyawadi Veg. Thali, Punjabi Dish, Rajasthani Dal Bati, Chutney Puri, Delhi ki Chat, Dahi Vada, Bataka wada, Samosa, Kachori ye sab dishes hai. Yes, Pav bhaji and wada pav are from Bombay. Along with pani puri, try if u r getting BHEL puri as well. Bombay’s local Marathi food is Wada pav, Misal Pav, Kanda Poha. In non veg, Delhi Darbar Restaurant in Bombay is famous for Mughali foods specially Bombay style Biryani its too good. You get Shan spices, Mehran spices from Pakistan, even they have a product called as Bombay style Biryani. Much love from Bombay.

Hi Abdul and Fazal!! In Indian street food which is very popular in north India are momos. Momos are north eastern indian cuisine but it's very popular in entire north India. They are actual steam dimsums which are made in 3 vocations normally- veg momo, chicken momo, paneer momo. They come with red chutney and they literally melt in your mouth. You are feeling vada pav dry because the bread we use in Mumbai is not the same you are eating in Jeddah.. because in Mumbai we make special laadi pav ( bread) which you won't get in other states of India as well. This is the uniqueness in Mumbai's food.😊

You can wrap individual mangos in a newspaper or any kind of paper and leave them in the box for a week. Check after a week and if not ripe leave it for few more days. That's how I ripe hard mangos at home when I get such boxes from the store. Just make sure one mango is wrapped within one paper... no 2 mangos should touch each other.
