Every small detail has been covered and awesome narration by you as always. Cleanliness in some sections can be improved (especially while preparing the bread sandwich on the table..they can use the plastic wrap paper spread on the table before putting the bread slices). Looks like they are providing the good services. Hope there is a way to collect the passenger feedback by RAAS logistics and they improve based on feedback. Good start of services privatization by PR.

Great coverage, you really made a unique video, you tried your best to cover everything possible in detailed and in limited time including the review of every possible thing, including dining car, cooking facilities, packing facilities, ticketing facilities, along with detailed coverage of interior also...The only thing that doesn't approved is that putting bread slices on table, even after sanitizing the table, they should not put the Slice with any tray, sanitizer are non edible... rest everything was great... Wondering about the preponderance of chicken dishes on Sir Syed Express. When we were young in the sixties, mutton curry rice used to be the popular item on Indian trains (other than luchi/puris in the tiffin carrier people brought from home). There were two ways we got served food on the trains in the first class. The compartments were not connected although corridors (vestibules we called them) within the compartment became more and more common. One was, they would take the order, cook in the travelling kitchen and bring the food. I have seen pictures of restaurant staff travelling from compartment to compartment outside (but actually do not remember seeing them - they just appeared knocking on the door from the vestibule with the food). The other method was to take the order, call the stationary kitchen in the next station, and bring the food to your compartment. We didn't eat a lot on travel days till we reached the destination particularly because air-conditioning in trains came later. The quantity of food on Sir Syed Express appeared considerable.

As a train lover, I am very disappointed with the Pakistan railways due to so many reasons. Prices are too high. Non-Airconditioned Sleeper is missing from all the trains as so many people love to travel without AC also trains should be considered either CNR coaches or either locally made coaches there should be some standard particularly in express trains also maintenance of coaches are really in bad condition charging sockets are loose lights may not work and so many problems still need to much work to be done.

Great video and plenty of detail, who is the parent company of RAAS, is it a Pakistani company or foreign? Never seen eggs so pure white in the train galley, very strange. As expected from you Sufian the food sections were covered in great detail! On board Ticket Officer needs a brighter uniform, it looks so bland and militaristic. English spelling error on Complimentary Kit "to serve u batter" Batter means to assault someone! Is it a cultural or religious reason that there are no women working on PR or RAAS trains, unlike in neighbouring India where there are even women train drivers. The vendor man at 24.00 needs to iron his shirt and have a shave too for a good customer image. I presume GE 4562 is provided under a "hook & pull" contract to RAAS by PR? Good work Sufian, well done 10/10.

Thanks.. RAAS is a Pakistani company. I also thought the same about uniform, it looks more like a postman uniform. There are women working for PR but in admin jobs, not in technical side. Locomotive, its pilot are still responsibility of PR. PR only outsourced the commercial management, technical side is still with PR.
