Paksiw na isda sa gata is a traditional Filipino dish where the fish is cooked initially in vinegar and then finished with coconut milk. This dish is very simple to prepared. Paksiw do not spoil quickly because of vinegar content. Try this paksiw na isda sa gata recipe! Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams Fresh Fish Galunggong
1 1/2 cup Gata ng Niyog (Coconut Milk)
1 cup Vinegar
3 thumbs Ginger
1 medium Onion
3 cloves Garlic
3 pcs Long Green Chili
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
