Paksiw na pata is one of the easiest to cook Filipino pork hock dish. It only involves combining all the ingredients in a pot and cook until it is done.
Paksiw na Pata Ingredients:
1 kilo sliced pork pata
2 pcs onion
3 cloves garlic
10t0 30 grams banana blossoms
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
2 pcs laurel leaves
1 Tbsp. salt
water for boiling and cooking
3 pcs siling labuyo (optional)
